David P. Henninger has been called "Harford County's Go-To
Attorney" and by the Aegis Newspaper "Harford County's
Foremost Criminal Lawyer" and "Harford County's Prominent
Joining the Baltimore County's State's Attorney's Office
in 1974 he rose to a position of Division Chief before
leaving the office in 1983 to become Senior Partner
in the well-known and respected Towson Criminal Law

He gained national recognition when he obtained a new
trial in the famous death penalty case of "Kirk Bloodsworth"
a man who was sentenced to death and later exonerated
